The UltraLinq team would like to wish you and yours a happy holiday season and an amazing 2016.
By now we’re sure you’ve noticed the annual holiday deluge of charity awareness adorning your inbox and Facebook walls, but we would like to take a minute to recognize a great charity that helped us (and many others) celebrate the giving nature of the season, Operation Santa.
Every year the United States Postal Service receives millions of letters addressed to Santa at the North Pole. While most of these are run of the mill letters, many of them detail real need from under privileged kids for everything from clothes, to blankets, to basic toys. These letters are separated and made available to individuals and groups who can purchase the gifts and send them as “Santa” via the USPS.
This year UltraLinq employees played “Santa” for over 30 kids and sent out a total of 99 lbs. of presents. We would like to thank Hazel Pagoada for spearheading the project and the USPS for helping us spread our Christmas cheer. To learn more about Operation Santa please visit http://operationsanta.com (letters are available until January 7th).
