Your exams (including ultrasound, CT, MRI, nuclear, cath and others) are uploaded from your machine via your wireless network, crossover cable or USB stick to a computer or server housing our UpLinq® software. From there your clips, stills, measurements, and patient demographic information are sent to UltraLinq’s cloud.
Once on UltraLinq’s secure, HIPAA compliant cloud all exams and data are stored for at least 7 years and are available for viewing, reporting, and QA from any device with an internet connection.
Diagnostic quality versions of all your exams will be available for review from any device that has an internet connection, including from your iPhone & iPad. Along with viewing your exams, you can also perform on image annotations and re-measurements. Don’t want everyone to see everything? No worries, UltraLinq is a permission-based system so you can control who sees your stuff.
After (or while) viewing your exams you can quickly complete your reports using our completely customizable macro and drop-down functionality. The worksheets will be auto-populated with the measurements and patient info from your machine. How quickly can you read with UltraLinq? A normal exam can be completed in just three clicks.
All of your exam’s information (including any attachments you stick on there) will be securely stored for at least 7 years in geographically diverse locations. Should you ever choose to leave us (which you won’t) you can log on at any time in that exam’s life cycle and will still have access to all it’s information and UltraLinq’s functionality.
If you don’t want your unlimited number of users to log into your cloud based PACS our reports can also be distributed via fax, a secure email link, or into your EHR/EMR. All of this can be automated or you can refer exams for a second opinion on a one off basis.
