To ensure compliance with Safe Harbor policies, UltraLinq will:
– Cooperate with Data Protection Authorities (DPA) of the EU when investigating complaints.
– Compliance with DPA direction when presented with guidance advice.
– Timely remediation of issues arising from failure to comply with Safe Harbor principles.
– Annual self-review of Privacy Policies and re-certification with Safe Harbor to attest to compliance.
UltraLinq’s Information Security department will provide review for any concerns or inappropriate disclosure of personal information.
In the even UltraLinq cannot resolve a dispute between UltraLinq and complainant, UltraLinq has agreed to the following procedures:
For disputes involving personal information received by UltraLinq from the EU, UltraLinq agrees to BBB dispute resolution. Individuals who submit a question or concern to UltraLinq and who do not receive acknowledgment of the inquiry, or who think their question or concern has not been satisfactorily addressed, should then contact the BBB Safe Harbor Dispute Resolution Program on the Internet at http://www.bbb.org/council/eusafeharbor/bbb-eu-safe-harbor-dispute-resolution-program. BBB will act as a liaison to UltraLinq to resolve these disputes. The BBB dispute resolution process shall be conducted in English.
